Michael W. Spain is an Executive Vice President Managing Partner for Bradford Companies in the Great Southwest Division in Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas. Michael is responsible for marketing activities in the Great Southwest Submarket, including marketing and leasing Bradford’s Industrial/Flex Portfolio, new business development, tenant representation and real estate brokerage. Michael has over twenty (20) years of commercial brokerage experience, including four years serving as a Marketing Representative for TIG in Dallas, Texas. Michael also has a strong background in real estate research and database management, having served as Director of Research for Jamison Research, which is now CoStar, and as an analyst for Grubb & Ellis. Michael has represented such corporate tenants as ConAgra, Karndean International, Henry Schein, Inc, Invacare Corporate and USIC Locating Service, Inc. as well as such institutional customers as KTR Capital Partners, Transwestern Investment Company, DCT Industrial Trust, A&B Properties, Inc., INVESCO, Heitman, Ohio STRS, Stockbridge Capital Group and Prologis. Michael is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and a former Board Member of the Great Southwest Industrial District Association.
