Nick Talley is an Executive Vice President and Managing Partner in the Fort Worth office and specializes in client representation, brokerage and consulting for property owners and the corporate user of industrial, flex, and office. He also assists with the leasing and marketing of Bradford’s Fort Worth Portfolio in addition to providing corporate services. Nick is an active member of NTCAR as well as the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and the Greater Fort Worth Society of Commercial Realtors.

With over fourteen (14) years of commercial brokerage experience, his history includes working for Oxford Commercial in Austin, Texas as an analyst.

Nick has represented such corporate clients as GE Commercial Finance, Sun Life Financial, Texas Capital Bank, Realty Capital Partners, Exeter and TA Realty.

Nick received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in Youth and Community Studies with Business Foundations. While attending the University of Texas, Nick was a six time letter winner, four time All Big XII Conference performer, and one time All Mid-West Region high jumper for the track and field team. He has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tarrant County and is an active council member for the National Cowgirls Hall of Fame and Museum.
