Richmond grew up in Midland, Texas in the family business, commercial real estate. There he learned the fundamentals of the business literally from the ground up by maintaining and cleaning up properties.
Richmond received a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama and subsequently graduated from Southern Methodist University after receiving his Master’s in Business Administration.
