Prior to joining Bradford Management Company, she worked directly for a family owned ownership managing portfolios with more than one million square feet of combined office, retail, flex space and industrial properties in a range of classes.
Tammy holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) as well as a Real Estate License. She earned an undergraduate business degree specializing in property management where she received the “Real Estate Student of the Year” award.
During Tammy’s tenure in commercial property management she has performed and developed professional relationships with property owners, asset managers and special servicers, which include but are not limited to Heitman Institution Realty Advisors, CW Capital Investments, LNR Partners, and Regions Financial Corporation along with many local, national and international entrepreneurial investors.
