
DALLAS – Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services has promoted Nick Talley and Joe Santaularia to vice president.
Talley and Santaularia previously served as market directors for the Fort Worth and DFW Airport markets, respectively. Talley joined the company in 2006 and Santaularia in 2008.
"Nick and Joe have worked hard to earn this promotion. They are outstanding professionals who've applied life skills acquired as athletes to their success in the commercial real estate industry," says Kevin Santaularia, president and CEO of the Dallas-based brokerage firm, "I am extremely proud of both of them”.
Talley, an accomplished high jumper in track and field, graduated with B.S. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Santaularia, a high school state-qualified swimmer and former captain of Highland Park High School Swimming team, holds a degree in finance, with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas.

Talley is a seven-year veteran specializing in client representation, brokerage and consulting for property owners and users of industrial, flex and office in Tarrant County. He also assists with leasing and marketing Bradford's Fort Worth portfolio. He is active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate (NTCAR), Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and Greater Fort Worth Society of Commercial Realtors.
Santaularia, who specializes in industrial brokerage, is active in representing logistics clients in the DFW Airport submarkets. He also represents select assets for Bradford clients in that submarket. He is a member of the executive board of NTCAR's Young Professionals Forum. In 2013, he was named Bradford's number one producer
