DALLAS – Network Wireless Solutions LLC has quadrupled the size of its Central U.S. distribution hub after a brief 18 months in Dallas/Fort Worth, upsizing to a vacant 129,511-sf building in Carrollton’s Cottonbelt West Industrial Park.
Network Wireless has shifted its base of operations to 2040 McKenzie Dr. to gain much-needed expansion space for its mission-critical business. Joe Santaularia, first vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant.
“It wasn’t too long after setting up shop that my client realized more space was needed,” Santaularia says. “There just aren’t a lot of non-spec options out there.”
Network Wireless was intent on staying in the North DFW Airport submarket. Its original point of entry to Dallas/Fort Worth was a 30,000-sf suite at 2205 Hutton Dr.
The Durham, N.C.-based company provides a wide array of equipment and support for the wireless telecommunications industry, including next-day deliveries. Its new location boasts a secured truck court, a newly built-out 5,000-sf office and 13 docks, including one with lock lights and scissor gates.
“The landlord was very amenable to their needs,” Santaularia says. “The landlord was the reason we made this deal.”
The project was a build-to-suit for a logistics company, which had vacated the property after a 30-year stay. Sarah Ozonne and Mac Hall of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Link Industrial Properties.
